Dallas Morning News Bias – December 14, 2013

NOT NEWS TO THE DALLAS MORNING LIBERAL LEADER

*TIME’s Man of the Year defends life in the womb
(Odd, The News ran his anti-capitalist comments this week — but not this.)
*Simple questions on Afghanistan stump Obama officials
*Study: Earth was warmer in Roman/Medieval times
*2,000 U.S. cold and snow records set this past week
Meanwhile, The News’ “news”
*For concierge doctors, care, pay are on the line, p. 1A; Concierge practice has pros, cons, p. 17A – Somehow DMN Dem scribe Sherry Jacobson writes two feature stories on this sector of medical care and never once mentions we now have something called Obamacare. It’s like it doesn’t exist! And no matter that the next step is single-payer, which will make concierge care andanything else not government-bound illegal.
*Budget compromise lifts hopes for [amnesty], WashPo, p. 1A – (Hopes of liberals, of course.) … Here WashPo forwards the Dems’inevitability narrative: now that blessed bipartisanship (GOP surrender) has been achieved, send in the illegal immigration storm troops! Total submission while the iron is hot! … Propaganda — straight from the White House fax machine to The News’ front-page. … The News’ jump-page headline claims Budget deal expected to get through Senate. That ain’t what the UK Daily Mailsez:

*Senators declare a truce, McClatchy, p. 7A – Morebipartisanship! Yes, Republicans have gotten past ending 200 years of Senate tradition  taking a splintered bat up their posteriors — and agreed to let leftist judge nominees be approved on Monday — instead of today! Compromise! It works!! That’s McClatchy’s take.Things are getting done!!
