Dallas Morning News Bias – October 23, 2013

NOTHING in today’s DALLAS MORNING DAILY KOS on Ted Cruz’s “welcome home” event in Arlington.
(This time his standing ovation went for 14 MINUTES.)
Recall, The News censored Cruz’s San Antonio event as well.
Guess its Dem hacks were busy.
NOT NEWS TO THE DALLAS MORNING DAILY KOS
1) Americans not in labor force climbs to another record
2) Females in labor force at 24-year low
(Dear Leader’s War on Women?)
3) Kaiser: 300,000 lose health plans in Florida
(The News ran a Kaiser Health News story just this week — but not this.)
4) AP reporter: White House lying about Obamacare enrollment numbers
(Stay out of Fort Marcy Park, ma’am.)
5) Super Bowl champs get taxpayer dollars to promote Obamacare

6) Illegal immigrant activists to launch ‘Week of Escalation’

(Hey, DMN. Put race-journalist Mercedes Olivera on this.)
Meanwhile, The News’ “news”
*Slow growth, unease put lid on job figures, AP, p. 1A – Now wait, The News told us Monday this report would “probably” show the economy had been “gaining momentum” before the government slim-down. Didn’t happen. Did it? That was propaganda — and so is this: today, The News runs its usual chart reminding readers how bad it was in ’08, compared to now — but no chart comparing Dear Leader’s “recovery” to other U.S. recoveries. (Wouldn’t look good, you know.) And, of course, AP blames the whole pathetic report on the “shutdown” and pre-“shutdown” fears — not Obamacare, not Marxist redistribution, not smothering regulation or mind-blowing debt. And check these:
“The September jobs report made clear that hiring isn’t strengthening. It’s slowing.” Who’s the president? He’s not mentioned.
— “The economy has been growing at a lethargic pace since the recession officially ended in June 2009.” Who’s the president? He’s not mentioned.
— “The weak economic growth appears to have caught up with employers. They’re now adding fewer jobs.” Who’s the president? He’s not mentioned.
“The still-tight job market has discouraged many Americans from seeking jobs.” Who’s the president? He’s not mentioned.
— “The percentage of Americans who are working or looking for work remained at a 35-month low.” Who’s the president? He’s not mentioned.
“Obama” is NOwhere in this story, folks. Ditto for “Obamacare.”
*Website workers saw red flags before launch, AP, p. 9A – Missing context: Dear Leader could have prevented the “shutdown” by accepting the GOP’s offer to delay Obamacare – but he refused. The move would now appear to have been the wise choice. … This launch was not ready and Dear Leader knew it. HE was the one “voting” for America to default — as the next story says about Republicans. … (See below, The White House is busted pushing BS.)
*Businesses backed lawmakers at odds over debt ceiling, WashPo, p. 1A – These Dem-hack scribes refer to “GOP lawmakers who in effect voted to allow the U.S. to default on its debt …” No, they didn’t. Not one. The ONLY way we’d have defaulted is if Dear Leader had ordered debt service payments to be withheld.
