Dallas Morning News Bias – September 29, 2013

(Save this one, folks. It’ll make good reading 10 years from now when we’re under “single-payer,” desperately waiting to see a doctor, or begging some bureaucrat to live. Just remember, The News said, “Kneel. Submit. And, BTW, it’s OK to destroy the world’s greatest health care system — because it just wasn’t ‘fair.'”)
*House nears vote on health act demands, AP, p. 1A – Check out this ridiculous editorial comment by AP Obamadroid David Espo: “By repealing the medical device tax, the GOP measure also would raise deficits – an irony for a party that won the House majority in 2010 by pledging to get the nation’s finances under control.” The GOP has never pledged to fix things by RAISING TAXES, you nimrod. This Espo twit – and DMN editors and reporters – simply have no concept of economics except raising taxes = more money.
*Give Health Care Act a Chance, Editorial, p. 2P – Here’s why, sez “Lovey Howell” Willey’s eggheads: “[T]he law was passed by Congress and signed by the president.” Yeah, so was DOMA. And that passed with STRONG bipartisan support and was signed by aDemocrat prez. Dear Leader Obama, though, in all his authoritarian glory, simply ignored it — with complete mainstream media support. … More drivel: “It’s important to give the new system an honest try.” Hey, Poindexters: giving top-down socialism an “honest try” is never a good idea. And this: “Getting millions more Americans, especially young, healthy adults, enrolled in private-based insurance plans is a step toward stemming costs.” No, you mean,FORCING more Americans, especially young, to enroll …” Folks, the idea that jack-booted Obamacare is the ONLY way to get coverage to those who want it is entirely ignorant. For a fraction of Obamacare’s TRILLIONS, we could’ve done much better – but Dems allowedno GOP participation in 2010. None. … This is not about helping the needy and never has been. It’s about control. Top-down, complete CONTROL.
*Obamacare isn’t going to take away your job, Schnurman Business Commentary, p. 1D – Well, now The News is just LYING.  Obamacare has already taken jobs. It’s well-documented. It’s undeniable. Hate to resort to this, but Schneering Schnurman is a liar.
*Letters to the Editor, p. 3P – The header here says it all: Why not give it a chance? 6-2, pro-Obamacare letters here, folks. 6-to-2.
*Editorial cartoon, p. 2P – Lead cartoon today mocks the idea that small businesses should be mad about Obamacare. Folks, small businesses are going out of business due to this law. … Yesterday’s cartoon portrayed tea-party Republicans as crazier than Iranian Islamo-Nazis.
