Dallas Morning News Bias – September 16, 2013

Back just in time for The News’ special “RIDDING-BIG-D-OF-GOD-ONCE-AND-FOR-ALL” edition!

*[School] Science books debate shifts, p. 1A – DMN Dem scribe “Lib Putz” Stutz, abridged: Fortunately for Texas school children, ignorant social conservatives no longer hold sway on Texas’ Board of Education. By now, everyone knows evolution is unquestionable, settled science. A Mt. Pleasant RINO and SMU eggheads agree with us on this. Any discouraging word about evolution is ‘pseudoscience,’ ‘junk-science.’ And The Bible? Well, of course, that’s just silly.
*Let’s evolve past anti-science push, Jaci Floyd column, p. 1 B – Yes, let’s! Ready the gulag! … In this tag-team piece to above, Hack-quielynnFloyd all but comes right out for forcibly silencing Bible believers. (It’s where Leftists always go, eventually.) She’s now “alarmed” by the“dangerous foolishness” professed by Bible-believing Christians. Believe me, folks — that’s authoritarian-speak for we’re gonna shut this down — and soon. … She also calls the CSCOPE curriculum “relatively innocuous.”  … One note, Hacki: “church and state” aren’t in the First Amendment, or anywhere else in the Constitution.
*A rainbow of reverie, Oak Lawn homosexual pride parade, 1B – Now it’s a kiddy event too!! Perched right under Floyd’s anti-Christian screed comes DMN Dem scribe Christina Rosales, singing the praises of baby-friendly “reverie.” After noting the parade had plenty of “rainbow tutus and Jell-O shots” — she gushes there were some parts of the parade route where “[baby] strollers and children’s wagons outnumbered bikini-clad men and coolers of beer.” That’s progress, alright, Missy! Babies and Bud! … And looky — Rosales notes event organizers had to remind attendees to abide by “laws prohibiting intoxication and sex acts in public.” (That means no more public erections, please. See below.) Name another Dallas parade that offers that advice, kids! But understand, The News deems this waaaaaay mainstream now, not much diff than a trip to Chuck E. Cheese’s. Nothing untoward at all. And, BTW, if you don’t actively approve, you need to shut-up.
*[Homosexuals] fight to donate blood, AP, p. 4A – Here’s some science The News doesn’t like! “According to the FDA, men who have had sex with other men represent about 2 percent of the U.S. population yet accounted for at least 61 percent of all new HIV infections in the U.S. in 2010.” AP notes THAT at the bottom of this spine-hugging single column — WAY AFTER calling the FDA’s ban on homosexual male blood donations a “vestige of an earlier, more wary era,” “dating from the first years of the AIDS epidemic.” (Folks, the mainstream media will literally stand on their festering heads for left-wing ideology. And again, we’re to believe it — or shut up.)
THOUGH AWAY FOR 2 DAYS, I’M CERTAIN NONE OF THIS MADE THE DMN:
1) Nearly half of Syrian ‘rebels’ are jihadists, radical Islamists
(And Dear Leader Obama is now arming them!)
2) Hillary’s Benghazi investigation let top officials off hook
3) Report lowers ‘global warming’ alarm estimate
(Lotta science here, Jaci!)
4) Earth gains record amount of sea ice in 2013
5) New book: Homosexual icon Matthew Shepard murdered by lover
6) Insurers limiting doctors, hospitals, due to Obamacare
7) Georgia health care company lays off 100; cites Obamacare
8) Feds seeking inclusion of ‘social and behavioral’ data in health records
(Yeah, you’re not one of those Bible believers — ARE YOU?)
9) Obamacare worker accidentally sends out 2,400 Social Security numbers
