9-11: NEVER FORGET.

DITTO FOR BENGHAZI 9-11. (NO REMINDER OF THAT IN TODAY’S DMN.)

BOOK REVIEW YOU’LL NOT SEE IN THE DALLAS MORNING MOVEON.ORG NEWS
All The Dupes Fit To Print, by Paul Kengor

Meanwhile, The News’ “news”
*Hecht named next chief justice [of Texas Supreme Court], p. 2A – So a Republican is tabbed chief justice, and who does DMN Dem scribe “Hoppe Along” Lefty run to for reaction? The director of a left-wing “consumer watchdog group,” of course!(That’s perfect, girlfrin’!) Yes, ol’ Alex Winslow, folks, who’s on speed-dial throughout DMN headquarters. The guy probably Skypes-in morning briefings to reporters, followed by Q&A: “So, Alex. What’s your reaction to conservatives still thriving in Texas? Can this be fixed? Whom do you like for governor and why? We done good on Frisco lead, right?
http://www.texaswatch.org/

*Obama: Diplomacy first, force if needed, WashPo/AP/NYT, p. 1A – Wow, that’s new! We’ve NEVER tried that before! LOL. … The News runs this like we’ve embarked on a New Age of Community-Organized Reason or something.

Headlines The News never considered:
— Retreat; Obama searches for cover
— Obama’s message muddled; Putin holds cards
— Picking up the pieces of Syrian ‘trainwreck’
— U.S., Obama look weak, many say
And odd, but nowhere here are we treated to strident opposing views of Dear Leader — you know, like Hoppe did above with, “Hecht’s elevation is devastating to ‘everyday Texans,'” “His appointment is a blow to the notion of fairness and balance …” Nothing like that here about Dear Leader. Oh, it’s out there, The News just ignores it. See below.
*Richest 1% earn biggest share of income since ’20s, AP/NYT, p. 1A – Crank up the Occupy circus! Here we go! 2014 elections must be getting close. … Not mentioned here: Dear Leader is successfully destroying America’s “middle-class.”
*The Decherd Legacy, BELO head retires, Editorial, p. 18A – Nice smooch for the boss. But, hey, where’s mention of this guy being a 1-percenter? Why’s he been allowed to get so wealthy? Plus, it sez here his great-granddaddy was The News’ founder back in 1885. He frickinginherited his wealth?? His position in life?? Disgusting.
